Our Story
For 30 years, I watched my mother build her hairdressing business, one client at a time. I saw the incredible hard work, the personal care she gave every customer, and the pride she took in her craft.
But I also saw the frustrating, invisible costs that chipped away at her success. At the end of a long day, a significant slice of her hard-earned revenue (sometimes up to 3.5%) was simply gone, eaten by complex card fees, terminal rental costs, and other hidden charges. To make matters worse, she often had to wait 1-3 days just to receive her own money.
It felt fundamentally unfair. She did the work and provided the value, but a series of costly middlemen took the first cut.
I knew there had to be a better way.

He's seen firsthand how financial systems can either empower or drain small businesses. Inspired by the challenges he saw his mother face as a small business owner for 30 years, Ivan is driven to build a payment system that is fundamentally fair, transparent, and built for the business owner, not the bank.
